Can I cancel the monthly?
Yes — contact us any time to change or cancel it. What you should know before you do is that the monthly IS the hosting, so cancelling it takes the site off the web. It does not take the site off you: the design, the words and the brand kit are yours and you can host them elsewhere.
Do I own it, or am I renting it?
It is a real site on real hosting and it stays yours. It is not a page trapped inside a builder you have to keep paying to log into — which is the distinction the whole of this pricing rests on.
An agent gave me a code. What does it do?
